Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within three to five business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by USPS. Starting shipping rate is $10, but this may increase based on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery time varies by location, but is generally within 3-7 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

Kitty Kat Candles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we like to try to make this error right if we are able. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged.

Please save and document all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. I apologize if this causes any inconveniences. If you have any issues with your products, please contact us and we will gladly discuss your issue and attempt to find a solution.
